Within suburb furniture move

I have some furniture I need moved between two houses that are about 2 minutes drive apart, (single bed, walking exercise machine) and a bunch of whitegoods and furniture to be moved from the garage on one property into a house on the same property (fridge, oven, washer, dryer). I expect the whole job could be done in about an hour or 2 max by a few experienced guys with a truck. The sooner this work can be done the better (sometime in the next few days would be great)
