Moving Fridge and Washing machine

I need someone to help me to move a fridge and a washing machine from my garage to the 1st floor (with 20 steps of staircase) I will be moving them with you. Fridge - standard size with small freezer (Haier) washing machine- 7kg type (haier) I need to get it done on 30/10 (Wednesday) around 12.30pm job will probably take about 30-45 minutes. I will pay upon job done. Any muscle person, careful enough (not to knock on the wall), please make contact.
