Separating/Moving Cabins on the same property

Current we have two attached cabins on our property that is sitting our future build side. See attached images The cabin are a little under 28sqm each The cabin have got electricity and switch board in them We would like the following Move the cabin to another location the property The cabins will need to be separated and placed separated about 5 mt away from each other Platform will need to built for both cabin on future site Build a deck between the two cabins with a pergola (please quote separately) Side door needed where the cabins are correctly attached Advice on any building consent that may be required (since under 30sqm not need if away from boundary sufficiently) but maybe missing something Disconnect and reconnect electricity (Please advise if you can organise an registered electrician or should we organise one) Thanks and regards,
