Plant relocation

I have 11 plants in pots which I need to relocate between two houses in Dunedin approximately 2 minutes drive apart. The pick up house has a couple of steps to negotiate so a hand truck would be required. The delivery house is at street level. I am not able to lift these plants myself. The plants are a variety of sizes the tallest plant is 1.3m high. Some of the plants are delicate. Please see the pictures below.
