Character house for removal/sale

We have a 1920s single level character bungalow which we would like to sell and/or have removed so we can rebuild on the site. We don’t wish to pay for demolishing it. The house has New carpet, double glazing, a new roof and has been fully rewired. It has 4 bedrooms and is approximately 220sqm. There is a separate garage which is also a character style available too. We also have a building inspection report available if required.
