Foundation design

We are planning on relocating a house in Christchurch from an adjoining section (TC2 land). We already have geo tech reports and approximately 6 months to complete the job. We require foundations to be designed for the existing house to be re sited on the adjoining section. This also requires resource and building consents through the CCC to be obtained.
