Move a piano within a property in Mt Eden

I've got to move a piano from one building to another. It has to moved out of the room, down 3 steps, then carried 30 metres across a building site down the side of the house, then up 3 steps into the hallway (where it will go). It's an upright piano. I expect it weighs about 150kg. Dimensions are 142 cm wide, 57 cm deep, 103 cm tall.
