He sent two trucks and they were too small, even after I queried it. Glenn said it wasn’t his fault, it was the guy he sent to check the job out before quoting. And he wanted me to pay extra for that. The guys were very rough, even the neighbours commented. About 4 breakages so far and near new outdoor furniture scratched. Three new light coloured divan beds arrived grubby. They wanted to charge twice the estimate and when I questioned that, he got insulting very quickly.
