Vacating apartment

Hi - my apartment is having some remedial work done and I need to vacate in about a month's time. It is a small apartment (40sq metres). I live on the 3rd floor and I need to remove furniture from the apartment and shift it to my large storage space in the basement carpark of the building. There is a lift in the building. I will also need assistance to remove my curtain railings in the apartment and assistance to dismantle my bed to put in storage. I am thinking that two people will be required to assist and it should take around 1.5 hours. Furniture for removal consists of a bed, small table and four chairs and two sets of draws (one large and one small).
