Remove Hollow Pillars

Remove 2 pillars measuring 5m high x 12 cm x 51 cm bolted on by 2 to 3 bolts. Pillar is hollow. This is a non-structural decorative pillar standing freely and attached at the top with 2 bolts. At the top there is a bracket and metal plate (capping). One of the pillars touches a wall and has an additional bracket with bolt. The capping at the top needs to be trimmed off and folded back on to the building matching the same length as the rest of the capping. Needs a long ladder - about 5 to 6 m to do the job.
