Boat service and fix up

We have a 6m fryan tiny that we would like to get serviced. It has been out of the water for about a year and would like it prepped and ready for summer. The trailer is currently getting replaced so would like the service to happen at our place. We are would like to potentially put a new bilge pump in as the old one seems stuffed. We can supply the pump but would just need removal of old one and installation of new one. If this is something someone could do then please let me know. Previous history and experience is a must. Ideally someone certified in marine background. The motor is a 2 stroke mercury 115hp. Roughly 15 years old. It is currently not clicking over and starting but we think this may be low battery or the starter motor needing to be cleaned up. Also would like the electrics tidy and some reconfigured
