Replace ampmeter, reconnect oil and temperature gauges

A previou contracter has removed the left side ampmeter, failed to replace it and has disconnected the cabling to the oil and temperature gauges. He remains unresponsive to repeated requests for return of the old ampmeter and reconnection of the other 2 gauges. Would like an honest contractor who has contacts overseas, and can source the missing part. Boat is an older bayliner, American, mercruiser engines
