looking for a price indication to: 1. replace top on cockpit seating as soft in one area and not flash in the rest. 2. attend a small area of bogged/rot around port side front window- window will need removing and so external trim will also need replacing. 3. lid/doors to anchor well needs replacing. 4. old borer/rot/damage to sill of engine housing needs removing and replacing. This is a vessel I am seriously considering buying and wish to take these repairs into consideration re price. I will be engaging a boat builder to attend to at earliest opportnity if puchased. thank you
