As seen on
1992 Mercury Classic 2 Stroke 4 Cylinder doesn't power up in water. The outboard starts fine, idles well in neutral and will power up when using muffs, however when in the water (under load) won't extend past 2,300 RPM. Suspect it is likely an electrical issue. I'm looking for someone to help diagnose and repair. Thanks
