Drop Keel Repair on Trailer Sailer

Need drop keel repair to mount and winch. Hoping to have a sail before new years! I damaged it bringing the boat in and standing on the boat and extended keel without knowing it was under tension. The mount slipped in the cabin and bent winch slightly.
