Dry rot wood repairs

There are 3 or 4 areas of dry rot appearing in the cockpit of our yacht at Half Moon Bay Marina. (areas in red in the photo). The timber involved is ply and I'm looking for a competent repairer to remove the effected timber and repair the areas with suitable replacement timber. Painting would be good to sort too, though not essential. Keen to get it sorted mid-October to mid-November. Cheers.
