Fix paint, perhaps strip and repaint aluminium boat

The boat is painted in silver which is fine but some of the paint is chipping and the seams (welds) look rough. Someone has tried to patch these up but they don't look so good. I would like someone to either fix the paint job up or strip and repaint it. The area under the pontoons doesn't need painting and it would just be the outside of the boat . Alternatively I'd go with a wrap if someone could make this look nice. I'd take the boat to a provider anywhere in Wellington or up the coast. Thanks
