alloy boat transform lowering

Hello I would like someone to look at my 17.7ft fyran alloy boat the transform mount for the outboard is too tall for the 20'' leg on my 70hp engine, i would like a quote for someone sort out its issue with ventilation as the hull is 30mm to tall for the leg and the motor is already on the bottom bolts.
