40hp mariner came back from fishing ,had run about 2hours used 14lt fuel. Went to flush motor ,stopped idling. now hard to start and stops after running a a few seconds. Had maintenance done in Dec including a water pump overhaul kit and has since run a total of 4hours 25m..
