My lock in the iron door got rusted and need to be replaced

Hi there, I got a front iron door with a lock. The latch of the lock seems to get rusted and stuck. Can not work anymore. We applied some CRC but it seems does not work. I tried to unscrew it, but one screw is rusted and hard to be disassembled. I need someone who is familiar with this job and can replace the lock for me. I have not purchased the lock yet. 1) Lock view from inside the house Height: 150mm Width: 30mm 2) Lock latch surface Height: 186mm Width: 16mm Thanks!
