Install exterior door handle + deadlock to install a August Smart Lock

We have moved house and the new house has an old door with no exterior handle and has a rimlock. The door keeps blowing closed and locking us out. So I'd like to a new exterior door handle. I also have an August Smart Lock from our old house. I'd like that to be installed with a new deadlock. However open to suggestions. See images attached.
