New deadbolt locks

I recently acquired a home with a rental unit. The two entrance doors to the unit have old locks on them, one of which doesn't open anymore. I'm looking to replace these with modern locks that can be opened/locked with a key from the outside or by turning a deadbolt from the inside. If you're a locksmith who's up for this task, and you're able to come take a look and provide a free quote on June 13 or 14, please let me know. Thanks!
