Fix lock

I have a lock on a door that isn't working. The key won't turn in the lock anymore, and we've tried everything we can think of (eg. CRC, and wiggling the key around). The lock may need fixing or replacing. I've had two tradesmen offer to take a look at this already, and both have said that the job requires a qualified locksmith. So please only contact if you are a locksmith. Thanks!
