Key broke off in lock of outside storage access

When trying to open our over house storage unit the end of the key snapped off (shown in photos) in one of the locks. It is now locked and stuck shut. The hinges did not lend themselves to coming off to open it that way. We think some kind of saw(?!) will be needed to cut through the lock. We would also like new simple locks attached so it is secure.
