Carpentry, Building Work on 100yr Villa

- Replace a few weatherboards on one side of house (easy access). - Front door - build new drip ledge on existing door, carpentry work required on sill for the door and underneath the sill. - Install new door handle and lock on internal door, remove old lock. - Install catches for two doors (door handles exist just the bit that goes into the door frame where the tongue goes is required). - Outside concrete steps, 5 new conrete steps required (approx --- wide). Existing steps could be concreted over or remove?
