Lock with no key - need new key - not urgent

The key for this lock has gone missing and no copies are available. Tenant can still use this door as there is another entrance to the inside and can still open this door from the inside. They would like a new key to maintain security and ease of access. Is it possible to cut a new key for this door or do we need to install a new lock? Cheers, Andrew
