Missing Key For Door Lock

Hello. Thank you for reading my post. I have an outside door that has a double lock on it. A lock on the actual doorhandle and a deadbolt underneath. I have the key for the deadbolt but Ive never had the key to the doorhandle lock. This would not matter except for the button on the inside of the door sometimes gets accidently turned when we go out and we are locked outside. Basically, I need an original key cut for the upper lock. Or, getting the entire unit replaced - which ever is cheaper. I would be interested in gettting an estimate over the phone to ensure it is affordable first. Thank you for your time :)
