Bathroom lock needs repairing and possibly adding window grate

We have tenants at 11b Akehurst Avenue and have been informed that the toilet door lock needs repairing. I attach the photo. I do have a video. It won’t remain locked when you press in button. Would you be able to quote for this job? And if you are able to do it in level 3.2 or if not when? Secondly, the tenants have asked about the possibility of adding a window safety grate to the spare bedroom window? Photos attached too (1) of a window with a grate and the one the tenant is enquiring if its possible to add one. The window maybe needing a safety grate is in the spare bedroom.
