Replacing doorknobs
Job description
I have a rental property in Massey that has some problems with 3 internal door knobs not closing properly (Toilet door, Hallway door, 1 bedroom door). They are not staying shut properly and roll back out and when closed. The property manager got a quote for $350 + GST to replace the 3 door knobs, which seems excessive to me, so if you are able to do this more economically, please let me know.
