New locks for studio unit

I require x1 lock installation for an internal door in my home. This is for the door of the down stairs studio apartment that shares internal access to the rest of the house. This key would ideally match the rest of the homes external access key, with a lock only controllable from the house side of the door. I also require the external access door for the studio apartment to have a new key cut. This door is a full glass ranch slider. There is a current lock but none of our current keys match this.
