Door lock handle put on a cupboard door

I need to be able to lock a cupboard in my bedroom when i rent out my apartment. At present there is just a handle that pulls the door open. It will need to have a whole drilled right through the door and new locking handle put on. I need this done this week before the 22nd DEc 2018
