2 locks needing replacement

I have 2 damaged locks that need replacing. One is the garage door, which is currently locked and we cannot access as the key won't go in the lock, and the auto door opener has been lost. The 2nd is the front door, and is a deadlock. The door can be opened from the inside, but the key will not go into the lock from the outside as tenants kids have jammed pick up sticks in the lock.
