Gate Lock/Latch Repair

The metal screw on our gate lock/latch has come off so the gate no longer stays shut. We would like the old gate latch removed and replaced with a new latch which can be either used with a padlock, or we are happy to look at options that have a key lock system. The new gate latch must have some type of option so we can lock the gate from the inside so it can't be opened from the outside.
