Door lock fitting and minor repair around the house

I need someone who is an experienced person to do the following : - Main door- Remove the round knob and replace it with the new set. The number key pad stay. - I would like to put up a lock for the iron mesh gate, but not sure what type will be suitable. Need you to recommend. - Repair the little patch of broken mesh as seen on the pic. - Shower box has minor leak, just need to seal it back.
