Main door key is not working - wont turn

We havent been able to lock the door with our keys for a while now. We have tried to spray it with WD40, use the pencil powder (googled solutions) and probably made it worse. The key goes in but doesnt turn. We are in Papatoetoe

Really awesome fast, priced well, good communicator and job posted, accepted and completed pretty much in a day end to end. Very happy. Even threw in a couple of spare keys free.
