Essential services biz.. work van key lost, & tenants front door lock wont work

Hiya, two locksmith jobs at one site needed please> First, we have just lost the key to our second work van, a Nissan Caravan. It is a normal key not transponder, we have a spare alarm remote but we need a key made to fit the barrel. Also, a residential tenant who lives in a house on our same work premises where tha van is parked, cannot lock her ranchslider from inside, is currently securing it with a length of timber. It needs adjusting, or possibly replacing.
