Communication was fine. He charged 350 dollars to change one lock, insert a new barrel on another lock and purchase a 10 dollar padlock.Total cost of materials purchased 30-50 dollars. Total cost of the job was $350. This might be the going rate, I don't know. Moral of the story I think I was overcharged for what was done. Because of time restraints I had to accept the job. Sorry James but wouldn't have you back for another job. Other things were said which made me suspicious of your ethics.
