Door handle/lock

I am looking for someone who can either fix my existing door handle which is loose (Spring worn out?) or replace. The existing door handle has created a large cavity in the door when removed so this would need to be closed before a new handle is installed. We are also interested in options of adding extra security/a lock/chain/deadlock etc to the door.
