Ranch slider jammed locked no key it is a Whitco key barrel

Hi My ranchslider door to the kitchen has locked itself the barrel is a Whitco we have tried our other key to our lounge ranch slider but the key goes in but will not unlock its barrel is a dorlc have tried CRC
