Fitting Lock to Aluminium Slat Gate

We have just installed a new aluminium pedestrian gate and need a lock installed. The gate edges (styles) are 50mm wide. We were looking at the "Elements Hardware Digital Lock with Mechanical Keypad & Gate Lock" lock specifically, but are open to other ideas.
