Install Schlage S-6000 lock in city apartment, and remove the old one

I've got an apartment in the city and want a new lock installed where the existing failing swipe card is. I like the sound of the Schlarge S-6000, and am happy to obtain one (probably just from Bunnings) or if you've got your own I can buy from you. Let me know how much it'll cost and when you can do it.
