Open & (maybe) change lock for mailbox

My mailbox is part of a set of community mailboxes. I've lost the key and can no longer access it. If the cost of replacing the lock is quite cheap, I might consider replacing the lock, but a lot of my neighbours don't really bother with it so ultimately I may only need the lock opened. Not super urgent, but will need this done by 16 Oct at the latest. I've attached a photo of what the mailbox looks like, as well as a photo of what the back of the lock looks like (neighbour's mailbox, which would be identical to mine).
