Replace kitchen lights and add additional light

We’ve lived in our house seven years and I’ve hated these kitchen lights since day one. Looking for someone to remove the existing lights and replace with recessed twin down lights, and install an additional light in a dark corner of the kitchen on its own switch. If it’s a simple job to figure out how to rewire so that the switch for the existing outdoor light is by the kitchen door, I’d also like to potentially do this. I’ve included a screenshot of the type of light I’d like as replacement for the existing and can either purchase these myself or look to have them included in the quote by the electrician
