I have very old pendant lights that drop from an exposed suspended cable (see photo). Last night one of the cables started glowing & they all had a pale glow & there was a slight burning smell so I immediately turned them off. I would like them disconnected & removed please as im worried about safety. I will also need to get replacements installed so will be good to discuss options before i go ahead and purchase anything new but then they’ll need installing.
