3x dimmable light switches, 2x overhead recessed lights

I need two recessed ceiling lights replaced in my bathroom. I believe the existing lights are 12v. There are small transformers in the ceiling for each light. I would rather the new lights not be 12v. One light needs directional control manually adjustable, the other not. I also need to replace dimmer light switches in another room. The light switches are also for 12v lights. Attached are photos of the two existing lights. I'd like similar new lights. Also attached is a photo of the light switches. I'd like similar new switches, i.e. black and aluminum. Thanks!
