1. Replace the old pendant light over dining with a new one. I have purchased a new lamp and bulbs. 2. Install TV bracket on the wall in the living room. There is nothing on the wall at the moment, and will also need a power plug close to the bracket. The current plug is close to the floor in the corner (approx 6-8 feet away).
