Lights for bush covered stairwell

We need some lights for stairwell which is main access to house. Solar lights don’t work as they don’t get enough light to charge. Dunno if stairwell can be wired. Ideally something you can control by phone or keyring as well as switch as don’t need them on all the time. Just for access when dark.
