Hi, I have minor maintenance jobs for my house. Listed below: Exterior 1. outside light near the sliding door has blown. Bulb to be replaced. 2. Electricity Meter Box latch has broken (located at front exterior). Fix or replace the latch. 1. The Kitchen Tap switch between the 'spray' and 'steady stream' is not holding properly - always flicks back to 'spray' mode. Needs to be fixed. 2. The pantry light is not working. bulb needs to be replaced.
