Upgrade lighting to down lights

Just need a quote to update my lighting from the existing traditional bulbs to down lights in four rooms. Bedrooms all have the round lights as per the photos, the lounge has 2 down lights in the centre of the room which isn’t enough for the size of the room, and the dining room has the spotlights which just needs to be replaced with a Down light.
