Outside lighting needs attention

Replace 2 exterior lights that are on a sensor(if possible also set them up so i can just operate independentlyfrom the sensor, is that possible?) and add another light fitting to an existing circuit this is just on a switch, hopefully parasite off the existing exterior light, I'd be happy with wiring tucked up under the eve externally for this if its to difficult to run wiring inside the roof. First photo is the sensor light that needs replacing and you may be able to see the second fitting(same as the one pictured) in the background to the left. Second photo shows the light I would like to add off in the top right of picture and ideally a second would be added in the corner in under the eve.
